The Modern Art Series is an exciting new line of display products designed for the growing number of modern wet plate artists. Frames and cases in modern sizes. Designed to be slim, clean, very modern versions of the original series products. Sizes will incluse 3-1/2 x 4-1/2, 4x5 and 5x7

The frame is designed in three layers. layer one is for your image to sit in place. layer two has a row of magnets. Your mat sits on top. Layer three holds the mat in place. Magnets sit in place on top of the mat to secure everything in place.

The space for the image is very precise to prevent too much movement.

The depth of the space is 0.100

The frame can support a standard thickness glass plate.

Depending on what type of material you shoot with you may need to back a thinner plate with cardstock.

The frame measures in at only 1/4 inch thick.

The mat is dual sided aluminum. Black/white

The mat covers 1/16 inch of the image

The magnets are very strong. They will support a glass plate even holding it upside down and shaking the frame.

The resin that the frames are made of is fully machinable. They can be drilled, routered, etc so you can hang them in a variety of ways.

The stand is a solid block of resin and will support all three frame sizes.

You can also use the stand alone to display images.

This case is a vintage style case with a modern makeover. Made to fit a 3-1/2 x 4-1/2 image only. No mat or cover glass. You see 100 % of the plate. Black velvets and a magnetic clasp
