Replacement Hardware

Glass Panes Standard Thickness: 3/32" or 2.33mm
This is standard thickness glass ready to slide into your case. The panes of glass I typically cut are a tight fit as I make a friction fit with the pinch pad that surrounds the glass. If you are using a brass preserver to fit around the glass it may be an extra tight fit. Just let me know and I can shave a bit off the dimensions and it should fit easier.
Pinch Pads
These are 39"+ strips that are velvet paper covered .04" board that makes a friction fit with the cover glass.
Cover Pads
These are the colored velvet pads that face the image on the opposite side. We are currently offering some select embossed options. If you are looking to recreate a specific design we may be able to help you. Please contact us at sales@moderndayantique.com for more details.
Hook & Eye Hardware
This is the solid brass hardware used to close traditional cases. Our parts are stamped and cut out of solid sheet brass.
